The Charles King Group — one of Massachusetts’ top-producing real estate teams — is growing again! We’re looking for a Full-Time W-2 Showing Agent to join our expanding team, supporting our buyer, seller, and rental operations across Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod.

This position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys being in the field, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth transactions — without the pressure of building a business entirely from scratch. You’ll work closely with our team lead and agents to help provide an exceptional client experience while gaining invaluable hands-on experience across all aspects of the real estate process.

About the Role

As a Showing Agent with The Charles King Group, you’ll be an integral part of our client service and operations team. You’ll handle showings, attend inspections, and assist with the day-to-day logistics that keep transactions running smoothly. You’ll represent our team with professionalism and care — ensuring every client feels supported at every step.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property showings for buyers and renters

  • Attend inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs

  • Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and contractors

  • Host open houses and assist with weekend coverage

  • Provide clear communication between clients and agents

  • Support listing prep, property access, and transaction logistics

  • Work evenings and weekends as needed (required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annual salary (W-2 employee)

  • Bonus: Discretionary performance-based bonuses

  • Additional Pay: Guaranteed money when assisting other agents

  • Own Business: Commission splits available for self-generated business

  • Vacation: Two weeks paid vacation

Requirements

  • Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Availability to work nights and weekends

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A professional, client-first mindset
