The Charles King Group began with one agent, a deep local connection, and a drive to do things differently.

Charlie King launched his real estate career in 2012, starting in Boston rentals before quickly transitioning into sales. With hustle, integrity, and results, he built a reputation for putting clients first—eventually closing over $300 million in sales and leasing more than 500 apartments.

In 2017, Charlie founded his own real estate company with a simple mission: create a service-first team built on trust, responsiveness, and deep local expertise. That vision became reality in 2019 when The Charles King Group officially launched in partnership with Compass, marking a new chapter of steady growth across Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod.

That growth accelerated again in 2023 when the team joined Real Brokerage—the fastest-growing brokerage in North America—to help lead its expansion throughout Eastern Massachusetts and New England.

From a one-man operation to a top-ranked real estate team, it’s been a journey built on hard work, trust, and results.
